Challenge & Solution The solar EPC industry involves a uniquely complex workflow combining sales, engineering, logistics, regulatory approvals, and distributed field execution. SunGrid’s legacy process relied heavily on spreadsheets, disconnected software, WhatsApp communication, and manual approvals, resulting in delays, inventory leakage, poor customer visibility, and franchise inefficiencies. Our approach focused on building a vertically specialized ERP ecosystem designed specifically for solar operations, ensuring centralized governance with decentralized execution capabilities across franchises and field teams.
